HD Magnum Jobber Length Drill Kit is composed of high quality, made in the USA bits, manufactured to NAS 907B aerospace specs. This 29pc. Twister Set, sized from 1/16 to 1/2" by 64th's, is encased in a durable, hi-viz orange plastic index for easy access & excellent visibility at all times. Integrated belt clip also allows user to take it wherever the job is.

HD Magnum Jobber Length drills feature a 135° self penetrating split point that penetrates fast without the need to centre punch. Both drill body and clearance are gold surface treated for maximum lubricity. These long-lasting bits cut through work-hardening grades of stainless steel and are recommended for use in other hard metal drilling applications. Identifiable sizes are laser etched on the shank.

To prevent the material from work hardening and causing premature bit failure, slow the speed and increase the feed, use a coolant and friction reducing lubricant like SuperMetalium-SLaP or CutzAll.
