At 309 Lumen, the HL27  is more than 50% brighter than the HL7. It packs a knock out punch of performance and features at a price that will brighten your night... or day. Gold plated contacts helps produce brilliant illumination and superb battery efficiency creates more run time. Comes complete with 4 mounting clips that allows the headlamp to be secured on most hard hats, including full brim models.

The HL27 is powered by the most popular and least costly "AA" battery. The rear mount 3 cell battery pack has an energy tank that runs for almost 4 hours. Need more battery life? Simply turn the variable control wheel to decrease the output right down to 1 lumen, achieving close to 100 hours of burn time.  The large front mount heavy duty on/off switch is easy to access and  the LED head bezel is equipped with a rubberized twist to focus ring that quickly transitions the beam from spot to flood.  A 3 position pivoting hinge on the head allows the user to direct the beam as required.  Comes equipped with a comfort grip adjustable head strap, the top strap portion can be unclipped and removed, if desired (bottom image).  Weather and water resistant construction makes it ideal for indoor or outdoor use.  Lifetime Manufacturer Repair or Replace Warranty.
