The PX10 is a dual purpose LED Flashlight bundled with 3 integrated white and 3 high end UltraViolet LED's.
Using UltraViolet light is mandated by many Health Authorities in an effort to improve care facility practices by helping to inspect and check the efficacy of hygeine and sanitation work performed on commonly contacted surfaces. The UltraViolet light reacts to a phosphor material and indicates whether the contacted surface meets cleanliness standards.
The PX10 produces 59 Lumen of light and uses 3 x AAA Alkaline batteries for its power source. The independent switch system allows the user to select either White or UV Light mode. Comes complete with standard duty sheath, 3 x AAA Duracell batteries and a limited lifetime guarantee. Measures 10cm (3.95in.) and weighs a modest 85g (3oz).
